On the edge of the desert with spectacular views of both Lake Havasu and dramatic desert mountain cliffs. The main home upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with incredible full glass rear wall of home with to die for views of desert scenery and a good view looking down the lake as well. The down stairs bedroom has a separate entrance and makes a great guest house and is attached to the garage. Room to park a shorter RV or boat on the side as well. The home could use a little updating for sure but will be spectacular once remodeled or live comfortably with it as it is now. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all good size. Rear deck over looking mountains and lake is one of the best we have seen for panoramic desert mountain views. Go check it out before someone else does.
